Column names should follow [Expressing Qualified Dublin Core™ in HTML/XHTML meta and link elements](https://www.dublincore.org/specifications/dublin-core/dcq-html/):
<meta name="DC.element" content="Value" />
<meta name="DCTERMS.element" content="Value" />
i.e. DC.title etc.
