Description
This actually is a complex issue. It's basically semantic web, and ontologies.
- General overview: [Answer to "What is the difference between RDF and OWL?"](https://stackoverflow.com/a/1813585/1132250)
- First thing we would like to do is Leichte Sprache in German.
- Most suited for that is probably the CEFR language learner levels: https://www.coe.int/en/web/common-european-framework-reference-languages/table-1-cefr-3.3-common-reference-levels-global-scale
- Audience: https://schema.org/EducationalAudience
- Comments, reviews, ratings: https://vocab.org/review/terms.html
- https://vocabs.openeduhub.de/ has several edu vocabularies
- "In this work, we propose a method for building an educational vocabulary for online learning resources such as OERs, by harvesting and collating metadata from multiple open educational contents. The novelty of this method, over other works, lies in using metadata from educational resources already tagged by education community, which is indicative of the usefulness of the metadata." https://www.aacu.org/oer/research/harvesting-metadata-from-open-educational-resources-for-semantic-annotation-of-online-educational-content
