Ignore "course" in search terms?

Description
When courses are being naively searched for "coding course" (deutsch "Kurs Programmieren"), "course" should be ignored.
Except when it is a valid search term, e.g. "plotting [a] course"

Maybe something like this should be backed by field evidence, instead of making assumptions.
