Fix Tabbing In Course List

Description
Courses hidden from sight can still be selected via tab. This is intentional for screen readers, but undesireable for visual browsers. Can this be resolved meaningfully?
One solution could be to use tab as "show more", i.e. if the first hidden course is being tabbed to, its pagination div is displayed.
